DYL Voice delivers your new voicemail messages directly to your email. You can also access your voicemail messages by pressing “500″ on your DYL phone. Every DYL Voice extension has its own voicemail box. Also provided is company-wide voicemail boxes. There is no limit to how many voicemail boxes you can add, and like voice prompts, there is no additional charge for voicemail boxes.

Faxing

Inbound and outbound e-fax service is included

DYL Voice assures that every fax sent or received is logged properly. Not only does the DYL system automatically log each fax received or sent but DYL also sends a copy of the fax as an email PDF attachment to your user account email address. DYL Voice allows you to easily send faxes in either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF formats. Paperless Internet Fax is available at no extra charge as part of DYL Voice.
