DYL was founded in 2009 to help lead buyers reach prospects on the phone. DYL pioneered using instant dialing technology to reach leads before our clients competitors can even pick up the phone. The founders of DYL had gained valuable experience from working at a company that generates and sells to leads to see all of the possibilities and pitfalls of working with real-time leads. We found from working at a lead company that the most common problem for agents was simply getting leads on the phone. In 2009 we first released our Dial Your Leads product that automatically connected agents to their leads. This product was wildly successful and has helped agents get the most success from leads ever since. We also incorporated features into our sales engine that helped automated the other key aspect of working leads properly, which is follow up. DYL provided agents with the capability to automate their lead followup to make sure that every lead is worked throughly.
After revolutionizing the process of selling to real-time leads, DYL released tools to help agents with other types of leads include lists of leads. Agents work with lists of leads from many sources including sales leads from marketing companies, aged leads from lead aggregators and internal lists based on current and former customers that can be used for cross-selling and keeping in touch with current customers. DYL released the Campaign Dialer to make calling out to lists of leads simple and fast. By combining these two capabilities with our powerful and easy-to-use sales CRM our company became a leader in providing multiple sales tools together in one seamless suite.
In 2012, DYL expanded on our powerful suite of outbound sales tools by adding VoIP phone service to the mix of solutions that we provide to clients. After gaining expensive expertise in managing outbound calling and emailing for our clients we wanted to give our clients the ability to manage and track all of their inbound calling within the same system. DYL Voice phone service provides all of the phone system features of a standard business PBX but unlike all of our competitors we combine phone service with an entire sales platform that super-charges the marketing potential of our clients.
